![]() Can we get a list of those websites and places to shop that were mentioned during this panel? It would be really helpful. |

![]() For my part, I am delighted to pass on the following: TANDY LEATHER http://www.tandyleatherfactory.com/ Tandy Leather is my favorite resource, because they have EVERYTHING. If you can find a store near you, the workers are always extremely helpful and are happy to demonstrate tools and techniques. They also offer regular instructional classes at reasonable fees. The Tandy site features how-to videos as well, for those who cannot get to a store. http://www.tandyleatherfactory.com/...aft-Videos.aspx MERCART USA http://www.mercartusa.com/icat/icat.htm For those who want to try their hand at embossing metal. It is very fun and quite easy! Not only is it useful for costuming, but you can apply these skills to a LOT of different projects. The only book you'll ever need to master this art: http://www.mercartusa.com/products/162 I do the rest of my craft supply shopping at: JO-ANN FABRIC AND CRAFT STORES http://www.joann.com MICHAEL'S, THE ARTS AND CRAFT STORE http://www.michaels.com/art/online/home HOME DEPOT and LOWES - you never know what odds and ends you'll find in their tools and supplies! Always keep your eyes peeled when in ANY store, be it a thrift store, K-Mart, or yard sale. You never know when your next costume will inspire you! ;-)# Brasse |
