EQ2 item and subscription

If I want this item, but subscribed to SWG currently. Should I re-up my EQ2 account just for this trinket?

or if you have more then one game you have played befor on your account, you may want to switch to All-Access for a month, for about the same price...If you attended last year under this account you already have access to EQ1, and ofcourse consitering even non-members get the T-shirt...might as well sign up for FreeRealms too.
