Mercs bug after 10/31 patch

Every time i summon my merc post patch it crashes and kicks me out, have yet to reset/buy new merc to see if this fixes the issue.

After the patch on Wed, 10/31 as said in title

More info, was the SS inq merc, when i went there to re-pick up I noticed he was not in the zone, went back to the Freeport Inq merc and was then able to get a merc up without crashing
