Runes off Avatar's already unlocked

A nice thing off the new Avatar's is them dropping multiple different rare runes. But I'm wondering if the way they drop is intentional or a bug. What I mean is the runes drop unboxed. So when people get them they aren't able to unbox and get flagged to buy them.

Yeah, that's definitely disappointing. Hoping it wasn't intended.

We had people that received the runes /bug report it. But the GM's came back with a bunch of blah blah we don't know if it's suppose to be this way or not so we're not going to do anything. Hoping posting here about it Kander will take a look at it and either fix it or state that it was intended. He's been good about fixing this type of stuff.

Also, said war runes cannot be traded (no 48 hours grace period).
