I have two gold accounts with SOE each registered to a confirmed email address and neither of them has been sent an E-mail explaining what is going on with transitition. They are both registered to diffrent emails and despite the support team saying they have fixed the issue I am still waiting to find out whats going on with account transitions. I would like to recieve the e-mails before transition is suddenly upon us and i havent a clue what to do with the accounts when it hits. Thanks. |
