Ethereal Charms - in by accident?

No announcement seems to have been made about the new charms that are showing up as discovered on eq2u, such as http://u.eq2wire.com/item/index/1910995366 .

As it seems maybe there is going to be a new roll out of different ethereals on the 1st of each month.

Do the charms just drop of anthing as well do we think?
