is PARALYTIC VENOM stacking or not?

scout prestigeskill.

in the german version the tooltip says: "multiple casters can extend (the time of) the effect"

u.wire tooltip says: "the effect can be stacked by multiple casters"

so are you able to debuff more than 3% potency or not?

and how much potency do drunder hm/pow mobs have. is it worth it?

i cant think of a way to test it on a PvE server.

battleground is not an option too. you cant find a safe place to test it.

so there are only the real PvP players who could test it.

anyone?
