General teku 2 hander mage weapon missing a white slot...

Well all the two handers are missing a white slot compared to wearing a main hand and a off hand, both get 2 slots each while the 2 handers get only 3 slots. Is there a reason why two handers only get 3 white slots? and btw can you add red slots to these weapons? make them the best in the game! since it is coming from the very last boss of PoW. If this can be fixed i would be greatful thanks anyways. I will also like to add that the proc rate seems lower than 2.0 timers per min!
