Cyliena's fingers are just FLYING!  Here's her transcript of the Dev Team TweetChat Q&A.

Well, it looks like they aren't completely ignoring tradeskills. I was particularly excited by the following question from Zam's transcript of the Q&A:

Q11) Is there any possibility of recipes being available in the SC Marketplace?

Smokejumper: A11) Yes, sort of! Other way around though. Clarify: We're going to turn a bunch of SC items into recipes. Moving recipes into the tradeskilling community. Much design still to do, but we want this stuff made instead of SC.

How they intend to get much done with a part-time developer is still a big question in my mind, though.

I'd have thought actually making the item was the 'hard part'. Making the recipes is probably time consuming (deciding how much of which items for each recipe and assigning a craft and station then putting all of it into the database). But that is not 'hard', just tedioius and time consuming if they don't automate it. (speaking from experience here SMILEY )

Intrestingly enough they ignored any pointed and direct questions as to when they would (if ever) address the long broken mechanics, ignored class fixes, the etch-a-sketch loot tables...not suprised though kinda what we get on the forums now.

A bunch of fluff questions and nothing more. Time to find a new game if the developers of this one aren't going care.
