Pooling Blood is bugged

I noticed that if you put a point into Pools of Blood and then Pooling blood for the 2% more health, your health doesn't change from the 8% base increase of Pools of Blood. But, if you put the points into Pooling Blood first and then put a point into Pools of Blood, you will get the 10% increase. It's as if the health gain only applies once you choose Pools of Blood and won't change so you have to do it in sort of a backwards way.
