Tag Team is a 100% dodge ability without Strike Throw Immunity.  Based on the Strike Throw Immunity change this ability need to have this added.

Yep, Strikethrough doesn't work on Dodge at all, so no worries.

If I remember correctly, parry and block are checked before dodge in an avoidance check, so technically while Tag Team is active, you could still get hit on  a strikethrough from a successful parry, riposte, or block.  If that is the case, strikethrough immunity should be added to Tag Team.

No, dodge avoidance ignores strikethrough.

"Can Uncontested Avoidance fail to avoid an attack?"

  • The blue stat "Strikethrough" is a percentage based chance to attack through any Parry, Block or Riposte.
  • Certain melee attacks cannot be avoided even if the avoidance is uncontested.

How multiple avoidance checks work
It is worth noting that your avoidance numbers are not additive across different checks.  If you have 4.4% uncontested parry (from infusions/reduction food, for example) and 31% minimum block, your uncontested avoidance is not 35.4%.  Avoidance checks are carried out in the following order:
  1. Parry/Riposte
  2. Block
  3. Base
