I only have 1 crafter at 91 and I've been doing the daily starting about 3 weeks ago. I have yet to see a single colossal reactant.

Well, its random, which means you could get one every day or never.  Not saying its that great a way of doing things, just saying thats the result from being random.

Two weeks later. The five crafters I'd reset are now back in T9,. so 22 crafters no Colossals.  This is an astoundingly repulsive "addition" to the game.

EDIT: Along the way I'd figured to research the stacked Food and Drink for tier 6 so my alts could be less tediously fed.  I added up the time for the F & D for the STR, AGI, WIS, INT stacks and it came to ... two months.  Daft.  The only other word to describe this "system" wouldn't make it past the filter so I'll fall back on "repulsive"

I haven't managed a colossal yet myself, but it's not an Evil Force Oppressing us, just the standard Random Number Generator issues.

If colossals become more common, people will then be posting to kvetch because more supply depresses the value.

What?

It is an RNG issue, yeah and so ... a point in there somewhere?  Saying it's an RNG issue says nothing.  This is an MMO, everything's an RNG.  The parameters of the RNG are Set By The DEVS. The Parameters of the RNG are the issue, as well as the general inanity of the entire system. And as for the snark, well yeah it is an evil force oppressing us, it's a dev who thinks the current parameters are acceptable. It's a mindset that thinks this is a direction to take crafting.  It remains, despite you're rather unnecessarily pointing out, again, that there's an RNG involved, RE-PUL-SIVE.  Guess that makes it a RPS issue.

I don't think anyone would complain.  No one is buying them at this point at least on Guk well at 400p.  I am only interested in them at this point for my remaining 90s that need breastplates which still seem difficult to obtain.

9- 92 crafters( 131dailies/crafter)  5 CRs from 1179 dailies.  Nearly 1 half of 1 percent, which i think matches what most have been saying.  I'm willing to put in the work, but these kind of ludicrous low reward levels make you ask is it worth this amount of work?

Now I think it should have been closer to 2%, but thats me.  I still have a good 6 months of research to have researched all the recipes available, and those recipes are at this point worthless, except for a handful that I have already done.  At 2% the price would have been affected very minimally.

No i don't need to keep going on with it, its my choice.  it just seems bizarre to me to put as much work as it would take to add these and then limit them so much as to be virtualy worthless.
