Let me explain this request real fast. This is my Halfling, Lizabethan:

And she just loves all things cute and fluffy. But lately, something's been troubling her: she doesn't have any bunnies! In fact, she doesn't remember if she's ever seen a bunny in Norrath! She's been a good little Halfling and hasn't caused much trouble lately, so she asked if she could have something like this..

I know you already have what *looks* like one, but in a hat (and I've never, ever seen a green rabbit):

So my request is a hopping, nose-twitching house pet for her Vale of Halfpint Delight; if that's not doable, maybe to follow her around. The only things I'd change about the hats above (if you'd use them for the basis of a whole pet) are the ears and possible the super pointy nose. Other than that, they're adorable! So is it possible to add this in-game? SMILEY

Thanks!

If you want a stand-in bunny... (since it seems they are all extinct from being made into hats) Use a hat on a mannequin and sink the mannequin into the ground. I know it's not as good as a real bunny..

I'd LOVE to have bunnies too.. plushies and fluff(y) pets.

Oh, I've seen this done. I was just wondering if maybe they could transfer the existing model for the hat into a house pet/plushie so we wouldn't have to SMILEY

How about the level 1 snow bunnies from EW in EQ1.  I loved shooting those things.

Oh, now you can't say no to darling little children!

Edit: Alright, go with me on this one. Around Christmas y'all do an in-game item for Child's Play. Christmas.. snow bunny.. children?

If you do make these bunnies, make sure they are mobs as well. And a lot of them somewhere, in huge groups, level 1.

Then make the Lore and Legend/title-enabled.

I want to be Nibaazi, Destroyer of Bunnies.

oh!  I totally support the need for Bunnies in game!

White ones for Frostfell and multi-colored ones for Spring!

As plushies and in-game mobs, that is.   House pets without leash control are just annoying.

Wern't they level 30 bunnies? (in like a level 55 zone?)

Didn't a chunk of Luclin fall into the Ocean of Tears that was home to Giant Bunnies?

Someone should get a leash and try to ride one.

How about a ratonga wearing a Snowbunny Hat that can hold still for exceptionally long periods of time? They could be trained to nibble on carrots and lettus while people are watching?

Backtracking the picture ^, the caption said "Stormhammer Easter Bunny" in 2005. I stopped playing before then; was that a one-time event for Easter?

since the two chronostreams are interacting and people are disapearing from one world to the other and back why not a chronoportal to slay the "man eating frost bunny of doom"

Stormhammer was the now defunct pay extra Legends server for more GM events. So no. One server does not make "lore".

I think Ttobey meant that it's been in EQ1 (the snow bunny mobs), so they could justify a bunny coming to EQ2 since most things can be traced back to an EQ1 version. The Stormhammer one wasn't part of lore necessarily, I think someone must've popped it in there for a special Easter event once.

Make a raid bunny that you kill that drops fabled level 92 loot, wanders around antonica/kills everything.

He instantly kills anything he sees.

I've got a theory -- it could be bunnies!

***

*coughs* Ahem. Anyway...in the original Plane of Mischief, Sniffles and Stomples were bunnies.

In the revamped Plane of Mischief, there's a Bouncing Bunny, a giant bunny, and the Bunny Behemoth. The Bunny Behemoth appears to be the same giant bunny model that is pictured above as "the frost bunny", so it actually is in-game on all servers in EQ1.

Back when Velious first came out, people thought the extremely low-level bunnies that populated the level 30+ areas in Eastern Wastes were somewhat odd. Some friends and I started a rumor on our server that random snow bunnies were capable of using a Death Touch when attacked, and it actually managed to scare a lot of people into leaving the poor little bunnies alone! Bear in mind, this was a different time, when dying was still a very, very bad thing, so most people weren't willing to take the chance to test it.

So yeah, if bunnies are added to the game, I think there should be a very small chance of spawning ones that have a 120% max HP focus damage nuke, or something along those lines. SMILEY
