How to obtain the quest starter for Tarton's Wheel quests as an evil player?

The merchant in Temple Street is not available anymore and the one in Baubleshire won't sell to me cause I'm evil. so how do I obtain the quest starter?

Until a vendor selling the emerald gem can be located in Freeport you need to have a good alt put the gem in the bank for you and go from there.

Once you get the gem and find the right chest...you may get a few more quests...happy questing )

alright ty! will create lvl 1 good alt mule to get me the quest starter then.. hmm starting a goodie, never thought I would do that SMILEY

btw for future reference, I hope they will think about this queststarter and place a seller elsewhere before they do the Qeynos revamp!
