![]() In celebration of Bristlebane’s most sacred day, we’ve got some fantastic items available on the Marketplace. Available from April 1, 2012 to April 12, 2012 we have some unique offerings to appeal to any sort of devotee of Bristlebane. The Bristlebane’s Courier outfit is available in 4 different color combinations, and provides a bit of levity that can transform any group from drab to fab! Be the life of the party, but only if you grab one (or all) before April 12!
Sail through the skies on the wings of laughter. The Prankster’s Skystrider mount lends its distinctive appearance to your travels around Norrath, always keeping an eye out for trouble. Also available for a limited time, if you don’t pick one up the joke is on you!

![]() The Courier outfits are ok. What I really wanted was a jester cap that matches the current craftable appearance gear. The craftable gear is orange and green, but the helms are....helms, they don't fit with the theme at all. The two craftable masks look more like something for Erollisi Day, since they don't match either. |

![]() Hm .. as a related thing on this dealing with the hats ... maybe Piestro you can find out. I am curious why no hats, like the Jester cap, show any hair? It is REALLY staggering to see a character go from a head of heair to completely BALD. It's just ... ugly. Even having a bit show at the back would work, and I know many MMOs do it. I mean if it is coding or the way it was set up would be a shame. Love many of the hats, like the brown Indiana Jones type one, but unless I'm putting it on a Sarnak or other race with no hair, it is meh. |

![]() The problem is the way that hair was set up at the release of the game. For hats to have hair now, every hat and hair style would have to be rebuilt for every race.

There are at least a couple hats that have hair. See the "Roger Goldie's Straw Hat" or "Green Festive Cap" (Both use the same model). These hats have hair. The only problem is they don't use the character's setting for hair color. |

Those don't have hair, they have a scarf in a colour matching the band on the hat. Same is true for some of the other hats, like the bruiser class hat. Those hats, like the flower wreaths, which are 100% partical effect can have the hair showing since they're an effect and not a 'hat'. |

I refuse to purchase, with in-game money or SC, any hat that makes my character look bald. I actually liked a couple of those jesters outfits but the hat alone turned me away. I wouldn't mind a bandana (like Rijacki mentioned above) added to every hat that makes us look bald from now on, as I'm guessing the art team will never have enough time to rebuild every hat and hair style in the game. |

Like the Tinkered Backpack is a decent work around for all the long sword and mount issues, the various masks are a decent work around for the hat issues. |

Aye if it was in a coulour I needed for an outfit /grin ... or I just missed it. And can't be that hard to redo the hats with hair. Not saying it to be a jerk or anything. But as stated before the baldnes is a major turnoff. |

I, too, won't buy hats that make me look bald, but only SOE gets to say what's hard or not....we haven't a clue.

i really like the purple pink outfit, but 1000sc for a once a year outfit is way overpriced in my opinion.

You may be right on the hats I mentioned... but if they aren't hair now it doesn't seem like it would take much of a change to make it into hair. The only thing that may be an issue is tying into the settings for the character's hair color. What's preventing the hats from being implemented as a particle effect in the same way as the circlets? |

Granted a lot of work, but personally I think it would pay off a lot more than a lot of the stuff I see on the marketplace. There are some awesome hats that many of us would LOVE to buy, but never will with the bald appearance. |
