![]() Hello, Would it be possible for us to have some sort of alert - either on a website or within the launcher, that notified us if it were possible to log into the game? Today I booted up the client a number of times, but was unable to log into the game. However, SOE's "Status" page, the launcher server page, and Everquest II's homepage all say that the server populations are between "Low" and "Medium." However, that's hard to believe since the logon servers are down. I'm not sure how Freeport's population is "Medium" if no one can log on. So, I assume that the server status pages must be complete fabrications (i.e, untruths). Thus, there is no way to tell if the game is down. Which is rather annoying. Could we please have a fix for this? Kindly, Thas |

![]() THIS Seriously, don't bother showing a server load or up/down status if you can't also show a login server status. I also like the ability to request a one-time SMS alert when the login servers and/or game servers come back online. Just make sure that ONE-TIME is really ONE-TIME, and don't use it as an excuse spam us with SMS messages. |

Yeah, exactly. What bothers me is that it's essentially telling their customers an un-truth. Come now...how can Freeport have a medium population when the log in servers are down? |
