Apprentice recipe is complete, but I can't retrieve it

This bug has happened on three of my characters so far, but one of them was different than the other two.

On Streppoch, when I zoned into the Personal Library where she keeps her Apprentice, there was no "pick up your recipe!" notification like my other toons had been getting.  When I click on the apprentice, it said the recipe was complete, but clicking on the button to retrieve it did nothing; the recipe list was greyed out and the whole thing was locked up.  I backed out of that window, chose the coaching dialogue, and that suddenly freed up my recipe and I could claim it.

The other two are different.  They start out the same as Strep--complete but locked, can't claim the recipe.  But coaching them doesn't do anything.  I then picked up the daily quest and completed that, and even doing THAT doesn't unlock it for me to pick up.

I've seen similar behavior when researching spells that seem to "auto-complete", because the time + the green bonus time makes them finish earlier.  They instantly complete but they're locked and you can't claim them.
