Are you considering to offer a collect-char-transfer?

It's a bit over the top to pay 3x$25=$75 just to move 3 chars over to play on another serverSome people may pay as much and more, but many who want to transfer all their chars are probably stuck on their servers as long as there's no collect transfer deal, which means you may be loosing money on them (don't know if the few who pay for a big transfer make up for it).

On second thought, it wouldn't be such a big deal if you offer another double SC event early December.

I am actually more interested in the moment about the new launcher being put into play tomorrow as the only launcher available thereafter.

  1. Why was the character select removed for selecting characters prior to login? If it wasnt how will we access it as it doesnt appear on the screenshots?
  2. If we use everquest2.exe to access the game will we still be able to do so? If we access the game in this manner will we be able to use out custom ui mods for the loginscene.xml to access all our characters across multiple accounts?
  3. Speaking of multiple accounts, will we still be able to run multiple instances on a single machine and multi-box?
  4. Will this new launcher force download of content during gameplay like the current streaming client does?
  5. Why is this new launcher being released without being tested and appropriate feedback provided by existing players?
  6. Will subscribed players see the same advertisements as Free players? If we are paying for the game already I think we have earned for and paid for the right to not be subjected to additional advertising. Give your paying customers a toggle to turn such things off if they choose to. Some people will keep them and like to be reminded of new items as they dont play as often, those who log in daily and those with multiple accounts are over taxed with such things.
Thanks for the consideration in providing some clarification on the new launcher.

I would like to know if the AoD xpac requires the DOV to benefit from it, I didnt purchase DOV when it first came out, lack of funds made it impossible for me, i was hoping to recieve it with this xpac as we have always had the previous expansions included before. As it is now clear we wont be, should i cancel my pre-order? I would also like to know why we are missing out on this xpac yet still paying the same price. I have read many posts where ppl talk about free content later on if you have DOV, what about those who purchase AOD and DONT have it? will we be excluded from this "free" content even though we have paid for it? Which doesnt make it free, i pay my reaccuring monthly sub and have purchased my xpac, and all previous xpacs excluding DOV.

It would be nice if something could be posted, like a summary that would tell us about the more important stuff from the podcast.

Edit:  Did i hear them say that a cow would be one of the warders?  legit!  I want it!!!

DON'T HATE ON ME FOR THIS, BUT IF YOU DO NOT LOVE COWS, YOU ARE NOT A REAL PERSON.

Brasse seemed to have used part of my question in the webcast unless someone else asked the same thing. I wish my questions that followed my first were answered.

I am very interested to know how Beastlord Warder AAs will work. In the webcast, they mention about different warder families having different AA trees. As BLs have the same number of AAs as other classes, are we going to be able to "share" the same number of AAs in the warder trees? (e.g. you can spend the same 100 points in each warder tree, because the AAs you have spent only activate when you have one particular warder out, whilst the other warder trees are "greyed out" if that makes sense). Otherwise will we have to respec every time we change warder pet?
