Fan Faire CE of expansion

I checked my entitlements and AOD was in the list. I thought I would have to click something or what not but I guess just clicking that link in the e-mail and signing in was all that was necessary.

I logged a ticket with SOE on this yesterday. If I log into that account and click game pass info it also gives the error. My other accounts work fine doing that. The main difference is this account is Station access as well. Is everyone who has the problem on station access?

I have 2 accounts. Both have station access. Only one of them is giving me an error message when I try to look at Account Details. The one giving me the error message is the one I used to register for Fan Faire. So I can't check my entitlements at all to see if that account is flagged for it. ><

Is the entitlement listed including the CE stuff? The only thing I see is the entitlement and the Cloak both people get.

If you did not receive an email (thanks for posting that screenie, Feldon!), first please make sure that the email address registered to your account is current and valid. Keep in mind that corporate emails can take several hours to deliver, and are very often caught by people's spam filters. Now, why would we send spam, when we know you want AoD info?

On a side note, if you also wanted to get into Beta as a Fan Faire attendee, make sure that you actually registered for the AoD Beta and signed the NDA. All FF folks should be on the list now.

Some folks registered for Fan Faire on one Station Account but actually want the expansion (or Beta access) on another account. Well, we can't read minds (yet), but our Customer Service reps may be able to help you out: http://www.soe.com/en/support/

We'll do all we can for you.

There is still a disconnect apparently. My husband got the Beta invite, but not the e-mail about the CE for Fan Faire attendees. I think you may have corrupted files or files that do not share a common data base.

been a few days now, sister got her e-mail for the CE of AoD, but i have not. i know its the right e-mail address becaus i get CS updates sent to it as well. and cant even check my entitlement page, it just gives me an error and says to contact CS, who have not been able to help.

I got my email on the 10th. Every time I've tried since then, I can't log into my station account. Either from the link in the email or from http://www.soe.com/ They both give the same non-descript error message:

Well I've been "trying again later". Time to try CS I guess... /sigh

I got that error too, CS cleared it up for me. No idea what caused it.

My Fan Faire account shows the preorder entitlement, but not the CE version.

Is attending Fan Faire free, and can anyone go there or only invited people?

I'm in Europe anyway, I have seen some of the SOE fanfaire stuff on youtube.Have to say I am jealous (about the T-shirts or whatever you get there).
