Playing from China

I am looking for other people that either play from China now or used to play from China until they stopped being able to connect to the SOE servers.

Are people from China able to play on other server sets? I'd assume you can since its possible for USA to play on Oceanic and the like. If you can't find folks to play with from China why not try some of the other server sets? You are obvoiusly able to speak English so wouldn't have an issue with a language barrier.

I doubt this will get locked. I have talked to support here and to TS through the SOE chat. China is not being blocked on purpose, it seems to be a byproduct of something else that was done. They are working on a solution. What I am trying to do is not against the rules but it is not supported by SOE. Therefore they can not help me. I have been playing EQ/EQ2 since beta and even if I could find a different server that I could play on that would not be my preference. I live in California and am only in China on business. I have many email addresses, this as you might be able to tell is the one I use for MMO/Game mail. Since I have been using the email for years to deal with game issues it would be a shame if it got flooded bad enough that I had to delete it, but it would not big deal.
