Quest "Ominous Hints" (Blisterrock Ridge) BUGGED?

Hi, im working on quest "Ominous Hints" (Blisterrock Ridge)

I've been killing Winter scouts group by Ruined fort over and over but not getting update.

Is there any trick to that? or just bugged?

I have done this one several times, most recently this week. Used to get the update pretty quickly but this week took a lot of kills before I got it. Found killing scouts further from the fort worked for me but I don't know if that is a fact.

Cool At least its not bugged.

SO I guess I need to keep killing for update. dang it. Already killed like 5-6 scouts. poo.
