More Ways To Spend Personal Status Please

It's pretty easy now to accumulate an obscene amount of personal status, but there's not a whole lot of things you can do with it.

How about we get some new ways to spend it?

Or possibly make it an heirloom currency we can share with alts.

Anything really.

More expensive titles/mounts/junk on the city merchants, city housing options, more powerful signets, etc.

Aside from paying guild hall upkeep and buying signets, there comes a time when there's nothing left to buy.

X is not fun. Doesn't provide much feedback to work with.

X would be more fun if I could do y and get z goes alot further.

That being said, I could see expensive status items that served specific purposes.

Like a mandate cure item that cost 50k status.

Maybe some extremely expensive appearance gear (but argueably this confilcts with a revenue streem).

5 Use CoV type item for 10k status.

Self Rez item for 20k status.

Faction tokens for 100k status. (cloudy velium gems).

I think whatever the rewards are they should augment gameplay, but in a rare, nice to have way at a cost that wouldn't be reasonable to be able to use frequently.

Personally I'd like more ways to gain status without writ grinding.

I don't raid. I don't have many more HQs to do. My crafters are 90 and the amount of status you get from writs doesn't add up very fast.

Theres items my characters want off the merchant but the several million status I need for them isn't going anywhere fast, when I have a house that's costing me 50k to maintain because I've been working on the decor and dislike 20000000 things laying around on the floor(I havent made/bought all the furniture at once, I like to figure things out first) what little I do get gets used up fairly quick.

Those of you that raid and end up with 20 million in less than a month I can see needing ways to spend it. I don't raid. I don't have the status revenue you do.

Yeah, I know, I had this big list of things I was going to write, but then when I started typing the post I had a brain fart and forgot them all. I still wanted to get the ball rolling though and see what ideas other people would come up with.

Makes the obvious suggestion of dumping into your guild's door. Sure, there are a few hundred million SP in there but eventually it will be used to pay the GH rent.

I would rather have a game that is running and working properly than being able to run around on a bunny or hit someone with nun chucks.

If your opinions are different i think the sims would suit you as a game better.

One simple solution is to allow members to doate some of their own SP to help with levelling the guild. You could always put in a daily limit to prevent guilds from levelling too fast.
