After the completion of both the wizard spire and the dragon ring on AB, the dragon ring went to 25 tokens but the wizard spire still costs 50 tokens.  Is this as intended?

I will have to double check but I am pretty sure that although the Spire is complete on Unrest the replica is still 50 tokens.  I will take another look though.  It would be great if they went down to 25.

Both still at 50 tokens on Oasis.

Spire is completed, Dragon Ring is at just over 60%. So I wonder if it'll drop in price, not that it really matters to me, takes under 10 mins to gather 25 tokens.

On a slightly related note, they turned the event back on about 2 hours after I went on vacation for a week (still not able to get in game, of course), so I'm wondering if someone might be able to clue me in about any titles(cost), and a dev would probably have to mention when the merchants are going away, if they haven't (mentioned, they're surely still there now).

I'm a little annoyed that the event, post reactivation still lasted less than a day.  How are people who have things going on at this particular time supposed to get involved again?  This time of year is high time for vacations.  You'd think they'd account for that, and make sure the event would last 2 weeks, MINIMUM.

If you look at one of the other major threads for this event (don't have a link and can't rem exact name) they do mention some answers to your question. Merchants will stay until GU 61 which is supposed to hit some time around late August they think. Title for Spire is Slayer of Ulbrow, I don't as of yet know the DR one, and the cost I saw was 25 tokens. I'm also pretty sure the ground spawn shinies will remain as long as merchants are around. I have my own question. How much do the prices get reduced once event is done and when exactly does that go into effect? Is it immediate after both are finished? Does token price reduce by half? Trying to plan ahead to make sure I'm gonna be fine with how many I have. Hehe I have to get enough for my husband too cause he can't make it for this event. So I'm gonna buy him something nice. We have only completed the spire event on our server (Crushbone) but I did check out the new prices at that vendor.

Spire replica is still 50 tokens.

The Inperceptible Beauty items (the "blank" slot appearance gear) is still 10 tokens each peice.

Primal Velium Shard is still 50 tokens.

As already mentioned, title and teleport items appeared and are 25 tokens each.

Everything else seems to be 1/2 the cost though.

Once the event in the particular zone has been completed the prices drop for the replicas as well as many other items for sale on the merchant. So if the Spire event has been completed and the Dragon Ring not then that is why they are different prices.

Can you verify please that the event is completed and it still shows 50 as a price?

Verifying, on Guk the Wizard spire replica is selling for 50 tokens in EW, even though the event completed two days ago and the spires are active.

I verified it again this morning on Antonia Bayle.  50 tokens for the wizard spire replica and 25 tokens for the dragon ring replica.  Both of these were completed Saturday afternoon.

Thanks for checking on it.

Just double checked to make sure I wasn't crazy and the replica is still 50 tokens on Crushbone (we completed it at 12:00 am Saturday).

On AB, I -think- the replica Spire was at 25 right after the spire was completed. I looked at it then and am pretty sure (though not 100% sure) it was 25 but I didn't pick it up right then (plan to move the currency to do so to another character).

However, on Sunday, when I looked at it after seeing this thread, it was indeed 50 while the ring replica was 25.

Both are completed on AB.

Unrest's spire has been complete for a couple of days now and the spire replica is still at 50 tokens.  It would be great if it could be fixed.  Thanks.

Found the issue and I am correcting it. We won't be able to give refunds but if you hold off on buying it till we can get it to the live servers you will be able to purchase it for 25. I will make sure its called out in the patch notes.

Gninja never said the shard price would be lowered, in fact he explicitly said that everything was getting reduced except the velium shards.

I'm trying to find out what kind of pricing reduction I'm looking at across the board. It's ok if no one can really tell me yet but I thought AB would know. Is everything getting cut in price by half? Or just the more expensive items?

House items that cost 15 tokens were reduced to 10, but only on the completed transport.

Ok ty, so it's not half across the board...I'll have to just wait and see then hehe. Reduction is reduction though, so still a good thing...and I agree with shard cost staying where it is, ty.

Bought a couple already but no big deal really.  I bought them before they would have gone down anyway and that's what I get for wanting them first.  But, now I can get more once this is fixed.  Great news.  Thanks.

The merchants will hopefully stay for a very long time, we have the druid ring merchants still there from a few years ago, I hope we get warned when/if they will leave as well as these 2 new guys. I still have some florets to spend from the last druid ring event. I got a bunch of everything, wanted to save these for if someone needed something who wasn't around, but if I find it's going away I'll spend the rest. So we may never know if/when they will go away. I asked a few times from the other event, never got an answer.

Spire replica still 50 tokens after today's patch so I am assuming that this fix will come later in the week when the other event issues are corrected.

They did already state that the merchants would stay up until the next GU, which should be sometime next month.

The price fix was not part of today's hotfix.

The merchants will go away when GU61 goes live.

Any reason they[Dragon Ring/Spire replica] don't have collision nor can they be enlarged as much as the Druid Drings from the last event?

From my understanding, the resizing is similar to the Ulteran Spire Replica. It's because they are considered a replica and not the real thing, so they won't get as big. I haven't bought one to play with so I don't know anything about the collision. To Wingrider, is the Dragon Ring still going on your server? Price change shouldn't happen til entire event, Spires and Dragon Ring, are completed.

Edit: Spelling error. *sigh*
