ToFS VhalSera Lift Bug

Looks like the lift in Umbral Halls to get to VhalSera is either not coded to go down or bugged. Our group got up to VhalSera and the tank left, so I logged on to my paladin. On my way to VhalSera, i had to click on the mirrors on her floor, which ported the entire group to that mirror. We got back the the lift room, and no matter what we tried, the lift wouldn't go down. Everyone in our group had completed the "Mirror, Mirror" quest to be able to use the lift.
