(Fixed) Examine and Tooltip Window of Items Issue (Adornments)

When tooltipping an item in the Character window or in my inventory, I can see the adorns and their effects, but not their names. Also, if you Examine the item, all you see are the adorn's effects in yellow, but not their name.

I would prefer to see their names in both windows please.

On the left is the Examine window, the right is the tooltip from my character item tab.

This needs to be fixed right away, since it is Live now.
