Pvp buffer?

Hello there i have read in quite a few posts and topics recently that we are meant to have a pvp buffer around on testcopy yet ive not seen a single pvp buffer , may i ask where are they so we may get to see results of this new gear thank you SMILEY

Would also like to note the lounge for bg is missing ground leading to the merchants in there making it useless for any type of use.

They should have held off on the patch till after the weekend if they weren't going to bring up a buffer or make it so you can get the new armor.

The NPC didn't spawn on her own for some reason. I manyually spawned her in Freeport North and Qeynos Harbor near the BG Portal (near the Scion of Discord NPCs). She has a tag.

Can we get the vendor to give tokens for adorns, jewelry and weapons that she doesn't sell? Only getting half a set of armor is kind of messing me up . Thanks!
