Yep, EverQuest2.com is still down. Not sure what our ETA is for bringing it back up. Should be interesting to see, as I've pushed this news there without being able to preview it! hehe

Where can one find a link or official rules on how to purchase SC in order to get this deal?  Last time it was only through redeeming cards while in game.  This time I'd like to get the offer and not miss out.  Money is tight and I only have one shot at this.  I saw the link provided in response to anothers post, but want to be absolutely certain that what I do will qualify for the offer.

I just purchased some through the link Amnerys provided and it showed the regular price and the bonus price.  Was very easy to use this time.

Was trying to get some of the things for sale in SWG, however I can't find the store in game and the website keeps giving me a 503 error.  How can we buy those items listed for SWG?

Checked the menu for a station store, nothing in /claim, don't play that often so not that familiar with the SWG store, where abouts do we buy the items listed for SWG?

I assume the item is available every day through the promotion or is it a different item each day.  Due to the SOE's sites dimely demise I am unable to check w/o actually logging into the game.

i bought it in game through the SC window.. paid 10 dollars got 2000 SC.. instead of the normal 1000.. so worked fine for me..

Hi, for future reference are the valid dates in US times or our local times please? I tried a trial purchase of just the smallest amount today to check if it was still running and it wasn't as i only received the non-bonus amount. Admittedly it was the 26th here but was also still the 25th over there in the US? Don't get me wrong it isn't a whinge I was just wanting to know was all, my bad for seeing this so late anyway.

Support was a joke and just told me I am out of luck.

It was my fault. I logged on under a 2 year old inactive acct. I made the purchase that way. I am on the Bazaar so the username for the 2 year old acct and my LG username was the same, i got mixed around since was logging into both at the same time.

They advised me i am screwed the account is inactive, they refused a refund, they refused to transfer the SC to the right acct even tho its my credit card. Support is a freaking joke.

*edit* I have a question, what good is support if they basicly tell you FU and F off we cant do one thing for you?

ur right it was my fault but its also MY money....So they should hve issued a refund instead im going through my credit card to issue a charge back.

(edit) tho a lead tech got back to me and issued a refund as they should have done to start with, the org tech was mistaken by telling me I am out of luck. Good thing I am not your son they are going to grow up and get walked all over. Good job.

I followed up with our CS lead about your ticket because from your description, it certainly sounded bad.  They mentioned that your first petition was just due to the fact you didn't receive the SC on the account you thought it had been purchased on.  When you provided the transaction number they gave you the account name that you used and escalated this to the department that is authorized to deal with moving SC around.

Keep in mind that most CS support personnel don't have the ability to issue or move SC cash without an escalation.  So in this case, I think support did everything they could do in a timely fashion.  I'm glad to hear it was taken care of.

Yes the lead came and said due to how badly it was handled they issued a refund and allowed me to make a double sc buy for the same amount on the right acct. ty

*edit* and the online petitions went smooth. There was not an issue till the live chat part. But like I said they got everything straight. Ty for checking in on it rothgar!
