Old school gear for BG's... Cant find drop info

Does anyone know where to get the following?

Silver-studded Sleeves

Woven Orc-hide shirt

Seems to be desirable for BG's and absolutely NO info is avail. except the possibilty of trash drop in WC for the sleeves.

If anyone knows I would greatly appreciate it.
