Problem with the login servers!?!?!

Is there something going on with the login server, it keeps going from server number to server number and when its done it says that it can not connect and wanted to find out if something was going on with it....

error message says:

Could not connect to login server. The servers might be busy; please try agian in a few minutes.

this has been going on for about a half hour now?

Servers are down for an update.

I just tried to login, it did a short update, but still can't login,,,same message as the first poster,,,

EQ2 server status, all green, cept we know thats not true,,,

LOL. They are doing the same thing on the worlds being up tho. Page and the update notes button both show all worlds up. The wife tried earlier and it just cycled the login sverers too.

Or could just be the login servers. Maybe too many people trying to get back in.

I am trying to log in also and getting the same thing going on. If they were only supposed to be down a couple hours then

they should be back up. Frustrating lol DOH nvm. I didn't do that right! Should be back up around noon SMILEY

Nice job. The servers went down as expected for the scheduled patch, but server status (both at the web page and through Station Launcher) claim all servers are up. How are we supposed to know what's going on? I suppose I could try at random intervals to login after the patch is theoretically done. Or maybe I'll find some other project to work on today.

Actually, same as yesterday, cept yesterday was just crash and burn, AB went down b4 maint was supposed to happen,,,as Jim Rome would say "Outstanding",,,lol

Well folks I guess, that at this point DOV or better known as " Devs on Vacation"

Has come true to its name, we will consistently see the servers down till there back from there respected vacations

so sad to have to loose the amount of time we have

Bummer. I'm on The Bazaar and didn't have any problems like that. But from what I read, Antonia Bayle, Butcherblock, and Everfrost servers are having a world of trouble just staying up. SMILEY

This is new behavior for me. All previous patch sessions showed the correct server status so I'd have a clue when to try and come back.

Yea,,,and I'm supposed to renew my sub by the end of the month,,,kind of in a quandary as what to do now,,,renew or expire,,,only been playing since October or so, and love the game, but geeeez, so much down time lately.

Ahhh ( don't cancel just yet. I have been playing this game since it first launched.

Usually I don't have a huge amount of problems with the game. I have played many

others and they pretty much suck compared to this game. SMILEY

Yea, I've tried alot of games myself, and really have found a home here,,,got in a good guild with some very nice people who have helped me tremendously in game, and in general the people I have run across have been very nice SMILEY

I understand completely. If The Bazaar had the stability issues that AB has, I'd be going nuts. I'd suggest a server transfer, but I know what that would mean in terms of guild, friends, etc. I'd do that if it were the only way I could stand to keep playing, but it would be a last resort.
