I'm a baby decorator in the making. The "editor" is a bit too sophisticated for me at the moment. But... I'm at a loss.

I bought the Neriak house for my Iksar Defiler and I'm taking it one room at a time. The balcony, though, I'm drawing a blank as to what I want to do. I was thinking of a molting/steam bath idea.

What did you use yours, for?

I'm planning to do similar. I'll use dividers, tiles and vampiric mirrors to create a closed in sitting room/library. (Or, maybe a bedroom, undecided on which plan to go with.) The mirrors will make a large window going most of the way around, so it will still have a view.

I have recently decorated a neriak home for a friend, and I took forever to finish the balcony. I think that is because of the round shape. If you put something circular in the center (like sierrya did) you will find that it fits in with the circle on the ground. I used an adamantium fountain in the centre of mine. Link to forum topic below of my balcony.

The problem I had was trying to center it within the center of the circle. Just when you thought it "looked" right, you'd pan out and it was off. Very frustrating.

You guys gave me some really great ideas. I'm going to play around a bit and I'll post what I came up with when I'm done. =)

Thank you!

I fought with this on a circle myself. So... plant yourself in the centre of the circle and then centre the placement on you. If it blocks your movement after it's placed: 'move' it so it's on your cursor, walk to another spot away from it, then press ESC on your keyboard and the 'move' should be canceled with you free and clear.
