Cannot log in with any character

Using streaming patcher. I can get to the character select screen, select any of my characters, and hit PLAY. The game starts (barely) to load, gets to 'receiving zone info' and then the game crashes with 'EQ2 Client Application has stopped working'.

I cannot get into the game at all.

What happened in the patch today?

Yes, and I noticed them after I posted this one (I BEGAN the post long before I actually posted it, I was trying to see if I could get any more crash info before I hit submit...those 'several threads' did not exist when I started mine). So I come back here to see if I can delete my post, since I saw so many others after I hit submit, which is obviously not possible.

Thats EXACTLY what happens to me...receiving zone info, then POOF! eq2 client app error.
