Does anyone know if this moves with you if you change homes or is it bound to a particular home once installed?

Its bound to your character, so when you move any new home automatically starts off with an extra 200 items. You can still add a crafted one as well after you move, since that increase is lost.

Could you flag the Test Server to get the dicount too pretty please? it doesn't show as discounted and we still have the one from yesterday as discounted.

Is there any way to buy SC items outside of the game? Missed this and I'm afraid I won't be home until tonight, after this sale ends. I want to buy several =(
