How do I create a character on the EU servers?

I must be doing something wrong, but... Runnyeye etc do not show up in the server list.

How do I create a character on Runnyeye?

Is there some option I need to tick to show the EU servers?

Well this totally ruined my plans tonight SMILEY ! Hmm I will keep trying to figure out why I can't show Runnyeye and Splitpaw

In your launchpad before you log in you have to set your region from [US] to [EU] (top right corner for me).

Thanks! I knew there must be some trick to it, couldn't find that ANYWHERE.
