![]() I am attempting to reactivate my EQ2 account after about 3 years away, but it does not appear in my subscriptions list in my station account. Instead I have an entry for EQ2: Extented. If I try to download the EQ2 client I am told that I need to purchase a subscription before I can proceed with the download. I click on the "subscribe" button and I am offered two options, Starter Pack and Sentinal's Fate, both of which mention "new accounts only". All of my old charaters still appear in a character search, but I don't see how I can get access to them through the presented option. Any help is greatly appreciated. |

![]() My EQ2 subscription has reappeared. Unfortunately, when I load up the game none of my old characters are there. Has there been a character wipe in the last three years or will they suddenly return from oblivion when I least expect it? |

![]() Be sure that you have the correct region on the launcher. You may have been forced into another region without knowing it. If you are using the Station Launcher, check below. [EQ2] Characters Missing from Character Select If using the old fashioned or the Streaming, look below Hope that this hellps, if not, then post back There have not been any wipes for a few years to be honest. Then it was any characters level 10 and below without 10 GP on them and had not been logged in within a certain period. |

![]() You almost certainly have another account somewhere with your characters safe and sound. If you put in a ticket with the characters name and server that you're looking for, just PM me the reference number and we'll find it. |

![]() JamisonW, I just PM'ed you. Thanks for the offer to help. What still strikes me as odd is the fact that my EQ2 subscription was not appearing on my account list yesterday afternoon. But now that it is listed, it does indeed contain all of the expansions and items that I had purchased up to the point that I stopped playing about three years ago. |

![]() You signed up for the trial apparently. The trial will give access up though a couple expansions ago...RoK, I believe. It looks like the person helping you found the account and has you on your way. |

![]() Yep, I'm back in business. Lesson here ... write down everything, throw away nothing account related. KEEP IT ALL. You might want to take a break from a game for a while, but you never know when you might want to come back. I came close to tossing out my install DVD's a couple of weeks ago. I'm glad I thought better of it since I needed my activation key to get my account back. Thank you to all CS members. You guys have a big job trying to help us keep track of ourselves.
