Do people who actualy play pally's and Sk's in pvp realy think they are the best? I mean realy....

This new pvp gear is so stupid it makes these classes even more easy to play and just run around and be gods. Just my opinion here but I think the pvp is in this game isnt ever worth trying to fix at this point. So much stuff is screwed up, they will never fix the problems.

I loved to pvp in tso and rok but now.....its like why do I even bother...the new pvp gear makes it all easymode, there isnt any reason to try and raid on a pvp server anymore becuse most of the gear is worthless in pvp. 80% of the pvp is a zerg or lag fest, and how easy it is to get the pvp gear makes it so it takes 10 years to kill anyone and if your a healer you stand almost no chance of killing an crusader, brawler, warrior. Hell even some Mages we cant even do dmg to.....

Roll a warlock or wizzy. We destroy crusaders and tanks. You won't think they're so OP anymore.

I noticed you said TSO and RoK. These 2 expansions brought us the current pvp system we have. KoS and EoF were by far the best expansions pvp wise this game has seen. We have gone from farming labs for relic pieces to /afk on a lv 10 for lagfield tokens or BG farming. The gotta have it now attitude killed pvp. The zomg I gotta parse biggers. The constant complaining of why can this class do this but I can't, killed pvp. Face it pvp(what I call pvp) is dead, gone, dead, missing, what ever you wanna call it. I go back to Venekor. My main Darksavanna was rolled on like day 2 of the servers opening. At that time there were no "god" classes. I have killed/been killed the best the pvp servers(not you vox sorry maby someday) have had to offer. Best and simpelist ways to fix pvp. 1. Remove all instant travel from the pvp servers. You wanna get to butcher block you go thru CL and Nek. Leave the griffs but take out the spires bushes all that stuff. 2. Remove the flags. 3. Get rid of the assinine amount of procs on gear. 4. Get rid of tokens. Make everything cost faction, status, and coin.(Yes I mean all 3) 5. PvP crit mit/toughness gotta go if you don't want a class to hit so hard nerf the pvp dmg output. Don't bandage it with [Removed for Content] stats. 6. Titles! Make them mean something again. Afk masters general zergers. /rolleyes There use to be a time when I was a dread life called now iam so far into hunter I might as well be unranked. Thx for the time out chair simply cuz of RL issues. 7. Open server trasfers on and off. The coding line won't work anymore. Nor will gear. PvP gear is accisable on all servers and BG's killed the coding on as I can group with a toon from AB. As none of the above will ever happen I guess iam stuck waiting for EQ3 or some other game.

unfortunalty for me I started playing in RoK.

So thats the only real pvp I know in this game.

You realy missed out. It was more slanted tward skill as apose to I have pvp gear and you don't. Raid zones were easyer. Almost every one was in a mix of labs relic and pvp gear. No 100 crit chance no toughness. Skill and luck ruled the day. O and scouts. They were the crusaders of there day.

To awnser the original question.I play an sk and no i dont think im the best because of it.I started playing eq2 in the middle of kos and had to quit playing because of RL issuses right before Kunark was released.Then came back after tso was released.

The one thing that kinda gets under my skin is when  people assume i play an sk cause thier op.Thats not the case I play an  sk because i like to play that class.When i rolled this toon i dint ask what was the best class i didnt read the boards to see what class is the best.I picked a class i was familar with and liked to play. in eq 1 i had a necro as a main and an sk alt.I started eq2 and wanted to revese it.

Im sure thier others like me that like playing this class for the reason i do.I like being the anti pally. i play evile on every mmo i evered played. some people forget the rpg part of mmo well, the rpg part is what keeps me playing.if i just want to go online  and kill people i would be playing Call of Duty right now.

I hope the crusaders get nerf and the people who rolled them because thier op stops playing them and move on to the next op class.It would be nice to see one day when some one asks a sk question in chat hes not flamed by just about everyone in the chat channel because hes an sk.If you think about it if hes asking question in general chat about a sk theres a good chance hes a new to the game.Do you really think a veteran player would ask a question like what aa line to go down on an sk?
