Hey Everyone,

I am using the streaming client, I allowed the 12 GB's to download and all. However, I am experiencing a problem with alternate appearance. When I click the button on the main screen, the game crashes saying there was an error. I was wondering if there is anything I can do to fix this.

I am using:

Windows 7 64-bit

2 GB Ram

Nvidia GeForce 9400M

Intel Core 2 Duo 2.0 Ghz

Is there anything I can do to fix this problem?

Also, I am using a trial accoutn right now, but if I wanted to reactivate my old account, can I continue to use the streaming client? Since I have all the data downloaded, the whole 12 GB, is it the same as if I installed using my dvd's?

Thanks again.

The only thing that I can think of is that you have not installed all the extra's under the preference tab...
