Unable to contact login server

i went through announcements and found nothing about the login server being down.

i added the port 7000 to the firewall, and added eq2 to the exemptions page. and it is still giving me the notice that it cannot contact the login server..

it was working 2 days ago and now nothing... can anyone help??

Which server do you belong to because its happend to me a few times on Test copy Nagafan and Venekor please post your server and i may be able give u a soloution i hope i can show some light on this phemionom SMILEY

mostly antonio bayle. but i cant even get to the character select page. im stuck on the launch screen. i try to log in and it gives me that error message.

I am also experiencing this. It was working fine last night but not today.

Anyone else having this problem? Radu, is it still not working for you? Want to know if this is a problem on my side or something I need to wait for them to fix.

I'm having this problem too, but only with the game. Also Antonia Bayle server. Going to try to reinstall EQ2 and see if that helps.

EDIT

Reinstalling did not help. I also notice known of the other SOE games are behaving either--LON crashes and Everquest 1 doesn't even respond when I click the icon.
