Ornate Tag

I know how No-drop, No-trade, Temporary, Lore, and Heirloom affect the tradability/storage options for an item. What's the story with the Ornate tag? I noticed it on the Deadly Mixing Spoon last night and apparently my forum-search skills are lacking because I'm coming up empty.

Ornate tag simply means that the item cannot be adorned. SMILEY

I dont think you can transmute ornate either.
