Everyquest 2 wont start on steam plz help :(

Iv just recently purchased the new EQ2 on steam and already facing problems -.-

Anyway, i just installed the full game and updated etc etc but when i run the game it just comes to this launcher screen that says Everquest 2 SOE Sony online entertainment and just stays there... the thing is called "EverQuest II Steaming"? which i have no idea what it means anyway heres a screen shot of my problem ( iv blurred out my steam name for security reasons )

[ System Specs Vista 32bit, Intel core 2 Quad Q8300, Ram 2gb, Graphics card ATI Radeon 4800 Series ]

Does anyone feel like helping? This games support fails there is no way of contacting an agent regarding this issue fileing a paypal case for full refund! not happy sony.

Greetings,

If you're having trouble with the streaming launcher then you might want to use the station launcher instead. That can be downloaded here:

http://launcher.station.sony.com/

Also, make sure to start the game by right clicking and selecting 'run as administrator' to make sure you have a high enough access level.
