Funny enough, years ago SOE was developing a game called "Sovereign" which was supposed to be one of the first truly massively multiplayer RTS's around. i had a fan site following it's development, but they eventually cancelled it... but one feature they were working on was real time updates sent to your cell phone or email address to let you know when stuff was happening in the game (text message suddenly telling you that your empire was under attack at 3am, etc..etc) With the developments in wireless networks and cell phones, ipods, ipads, etc... that sort of feature would be great to let people know of downtimes, hotfixes, etc.

Ok, this is bad... Really bad. When the servers are down longer than expected I usually find something else to do. Today I turned to cleaning up some around the house. Well, the kerran boxes are needing a cleaning so I started there. OMG The clips on the side of one broke and now there is Kerran stuff all over the floor! After a couple hours with mop and broom and dustpan... Whew! That's ok now. Servers still down?? Ok What else needs cleaning... Anyone know where my toilet plunger went? OMG forget the plunger, where's a lifesaver??? PLEASE: Get the servers back up before they have to declare my house a national disaster area. |

Ok... now I AM worried... I just went to file a petition about the login issues (thinging perhaps it's only affecting some of us for some idiotic reason). My petition seemed to be sent as usual, but when I click on the questions tab it shows no questions at all. I've been playing this game for 5 years and had 2 pages of old questions. Anyone else having issues with that, too? |

Well at 12:26 (central time) on AB I can log in, but the zoning times are realllllllyyyyyyy slow. Took forever to get past the Logging in Toressa to play, and then even longer to gather zone info. |

I'm on the Bazaar server and having the same issues. I can log into character select, but logging into the game with any one of my characters (who are spread out through the world), is another matter. It gets stuck on entering world. I hope more people than just the few of us will post on this, I have a hard time believing we're the only ones. |

I am really worried you may be right about the roll-back. Yesterday I noticed what I believe to be an exploit going on in the new zones. I do not want to discuss what I thought I saw happening because I have no proof of it; it was just speculation on my part. And no, I am not referring to the folks who leveled to 90 in under 8 hours. |
