Greetings,

Try restarting your computer and power cycling your modem/router as a first step.  That will usually correct the type of issue you are reporting.  Please respond if it does not fix the problem so that we can assist you further.

Would think SOE would be aware of the problem, but apparently that is not the case!

Yeah, it's happening again *shrug*.

Similar problem here.  I can login via the Station Launcher, but when I hit the "Play" button, I got a message saying that my account information could not be found.  A second attempt launched the game, but then a window popped up asking for my login information again, never a good sign.

Same exact problem. WAS in game on my zerk and i tried to log to my paladin. Kicked to desktop. Timeout when I try to log in. Now I find I can't even post in the forums except in support forums or trial, so it's definitely an SOE issue.

And I was wondering why everyone was logging off and not coming back, lol. (until I switched toons and got booted out myself)

This problem has been ongoing for at least 3 hours now. I do hope someone will get of their backside and fix the problem (if they are not already at it)

Or, at the very least, get someone from their Community team to get on here and post an update, so we know what's going on.

This appears to only be happening with the Station Launcher.  I was able to log in to character select through the EQ2 LaunchPad.

I am also unable to log into the Befallen server - When I click "play character", it opens the game, but then gives me a prompt to enter my username and password again and then cycles through all the servers, unable to log in.

Obviously, SOE doesn't know the difference between Valentine's Day and April Fool's Day? Ahem, ...

February 14 = Valentines Day (when SOE gives us an extra day on our accounts because we couldn't login that day.)

April 1 = April Fool's Day ( when SOE gives us an extra day on our accounts because we couldn't login that day either.)

Came back to EQ2, got bored with WOW, looks as if SOE doesn't want my return spending account. Guess I'll get un-bored with WOW.

At least BLIZZARD kept the servers running all the time during extra EXP periods!!!

I started it up cold from the everquest2.exe and I get a full cycle through all the log-in servers but none that will authenticate me. It's definitely a server issue, not a station launcher issue.

Yes, Kiara knows about this issue and will be looking into it now.  Keep an eye out for her post once she has more info.

If you still have issues after the current server issue is resolved, please post back SMILEY
