Spell Stats in P Persona window

Hello all,

I just noticed something weird with my Spell Stats in the Persona window.

I have all kinds of Benevolent Alacrity and Runic Recovery gear and jewelry but no matter what i put on or take off they stats stay the same and they are really low.

Casting 0%

Reuse 8%

Recovery 0%

Is this window bugged? Is there another place to check the affect of these gear attributes?

My casting time should be at least reduced by 27% if my math is correct.

Any help?

The window only displays reuse and cast speed that applies to both offensive and defensive spells. Anything that's specifically beneficial or hostile cast/reuse won't show up. They still all work, though.
