Just hit lvl 20, trying to figure out if i should leave my house in freeport or do the citzen quest and move to TD? Either better to get around as a Dark Elf Assassin.

Thanks

I would have to say that FP would be an easier spot to travel to/from than TD, but if you are interested in house decorating, you may want to "tour" houses in both places before deciding.  TD houses are very nice with all the wood and window, but are not customizable like FP houses are.  I'd say that FP houses lend themselves more to an "evil" atmosphere SMILEY

Of course, if you have a guild with a guild hall, that may make travel easy enough that it really doesn't matter where you live.  A "magic door to guild hall" in your house makes it a quick trip to the hall and whatever travel options are available there.

I personally find that Neriak is the best place to get around to all the various locations easily.

I choose FP as my starting city even though i went to TD to quest.

If i choose Neriak would i have to do the citzen quest?

Thanks

Honestly, I prefer Gorowyn. I lived in EFP for several years and when the Gorowyn homes were available, I moved and never looked back. If you decide to stay in Freeport, I would recommend EFP for convenience though.

The homes in Gorowyn are much better looking and everything is CONVENIENT. I can leave my home and have access to tradeskill stations, the broker, the banker, a mender, a mailbox, a collection quest NPC, a fuel merchant and writ givers in ONE place. It's a lot nicer and way more convenient.

As far as traveling to/from Gorowyn, you'll get your call to Gorowyn spell which is very convenient. You can also go to the docks and have access to BB and a carpet to SS. You can take the carpet to SS and get to Freeport and a variety of other destinations.

If you're in a guild and have travel amenities in your guild hall, traveling to/ftom Gorowyn is even easier. You can just call to your guild hall from Gorowyn and travel with ease.

As I said though, if you decide to stay in Freeport. I would recommend getting a home in EFP in the inn upstairs. It's the most convenient place to live in Freeport as far as travel and amenities (broker, mender, etc).

If you buy a home in one place and don't like it, you can easily switch so it's nothing permanent. SMILEY

Thanks, awhile back when i played i made my home in Gorowyn and i did like how everything was so close.

So only thing you really need to do if you want to switch around is the citzen quests then right?
