Stam Line Good For Leveling?

Hey guys, im fairly new to the game. My guardian is level 39 and i have gone all the way down the str tree because all the crit looked good to me, but i wanted to know if reversal procs alot, and stam is a good AA line for soloing? Especially with that end line stam ability which regens ur health, is there little downtime?

Sta is good for leveling. Mostly for the double attack and +shield effectiveness, but reversal and extra stamina do help. I wouldn't bother with the end ability in the stamina line; I've never noticed a difference with it.
