![]() Imprisoner Y'nosii has an effect on him that does 110% of your maximum health if you attack him while not in the body of a creature. Problem is if you attack him while in the body of a creature his name turns grey, and you get no loot. Even tried attacking him first NOT in creature form and keeping people out of creature form, but it seems that if anybody attacks him in creature form he won't yield a chest at the end. So, you can kill him, if you follow what it hints you are suppose to do, but you won't get a chest.

![]() Have one person in your group not get in the creatures. Have that person pull the named (hint, the mob is not control immune, use a mage), and then have the rest of the group kill him in the suits.

Then once he was engaged someone in creature form attacked him, he turned to the creature, healer went and jumped in a creature, tank stayed out of creature form the entire time. At the end of fight there was no chest that way either.

![]() I know this isn't getting changed until the next game update, but I wanted to tell you guys this because it's just one of those ARGH moments you have to tell someone. Had a group overpower the mob, without pocessed creatures, he dropped a chest as people were flying through the air (due to the knockback when you aren't in a pocessed creature body) and guess what happened. The chest spawned in midair, with no way for anybody to get to it. Wood chest too - weird for a TSO instance named. Makes me wonder just what kind of loot he has that it isn't marked legendary or above.

![]() I got a chest by having the coercer mez him then everyone got in creatures and took him down to 1% hp then everyone got out and killed him. |

![]() So has this mob been fixed yet? We killed him today (01/21/09), and grey and no loot. Not sure if we did something wrong, or if this just hasn't been fixed yet. Thanks! |

![]() Killed him on 1/24. He did not grey but we received no xp, no AA, and no chest. We were all in monster suits and did not attempt any trickery. |

![]() He seems to only do his big knockback and aoe to the people that damage him. We were able to kill him the other day by having only our pets attack him. We started out with the tank attacking and taunting and such, but he got knocked back and killed during the fight, and the warden started tanking through heal aggro. So the warden tanked most of the fight and i just helped keep him up while dogdog, the illus pet and the warlock pet did the attacking. The fight took an extremely long time, and he dropped some non-memorable legendary that was destined for the vendor. Kind of a toss up on whether we will use the monster suits to speed things up or kill this way and add a lot of extra time to the run. I was glad we were able to kill him this way though, it is worth doing at least once. |

![]() Slightly off-topic , but I wonder if he can be made to start wandering again if he agro's in error , currently once he is agro'd when someone pulls him during trash killing and the group wipes , he then stands close to the port in to his area and won't start roaming again. This makes clearing all the rest of the trash a pain as they have to be pet pulled slowly , involving someone dying / Fding to let the rest run past him so the remainder of the trash can be killed before the fight starts. |

You can just mez him and pull the rest of the roamers without fear. If no mezzer you can wait for him to roam away from you, have someone root him and back out of range, periodically refreshing the root.

![]() We had the same problem of him aggroing and wiping us upon entering the portal and then not moving thereafter. This fight is sort of interesting in theory, but really needs to be fixed so it just drops loot the way its intended to be killed. |

![]() As per today's hotfix notes, killing the Imprisoner named will now cause a 2nd mob (it's weakened soul) to spawn. Killing this new mob will result in a chest drop. So in a round about way, the problem has now been solved. |

As long as nobody attacks ynosii's weakened soul back you can have that one person intercept, kill ynosii's weakened soul, which will then drop the key as body loot.

![]() What I Do is pull the room, get in form, and everyone goes to the far north area.. pull him... When he is at liek 5%... I as the tank drop form, and pick up the orb as soon as it spawns, and kill it.... Then you get a key... If you dont pick up the orb as soon as it spawns, it wlil aggro you while still in the monster form, and you wont get any loot. SoE needs to go in and make the new orb that spawns after the named dies as a NON-AGGRO mob... thus it wont charge you. |

![]() same thing happened with my group we fought yosnil killed him, the soul spawned and agroed, except the soul never died, it just despawned when it agroed us in the suits. Nice fix

![]() What's best about this whole goat-roped encounter is that, 4 months into the expansion, it is STILL broken and, despite what was a semi-clever attempted fix, they didn't do the simplest fix which would be "reduce the dude's agro range so he won't always agro the tank or the puller while clearing the alcoves". Seriolusly devs, this is too easy. Instead of trying to implement some uber-sooper-smartz trick like a second mob spawning which is agro to possessed void creatures, just reduce the likelyhood of agroing the mob while setting up to fight the encounter. THAT is what is breaking it. |
