Anyone notice any difference in this ability when upgraded. I've check all my stats, avoidance, hp, resists, & mit each time after i've upgraded and see no change in them what-so-ever. Am i missing something or misreading what it does? Sorry if this had been posted (i did search), but i'm a bit confused..lol.

No, I'm not positive it is working, and to really verify it, I'll have to respec and parse several times.

I would assume someone on beta did some definitive testing of this? If so please speak up.
