PVP writs broken?

Ok, so I played yesturday and pvp writs seem really screwy now. He offers you both, fine... But when I finished a new writ and went in to return it, he wouldn't accept it instead offering me the old writ again. So accepted the old writ (now I got 2 PVP writs). I ended up having complete them BOTH to be able to turn in. Now I'm all for allowing 2 writs to be given out at the same time and I hope it stays that way, but there's no way it should force you to complete BOTH of them before you can return. What's worse since you need to have two writs as it stands, you can't grab the second writ until 10 mins passed from the time you grabbed first one. Hope it's fixed fast - this is [Removed for Content].

They do indeed seem to be broken at the moment.

I have a completed Void PVP writ in my journal, yet I can not turn it in. When speaking with the writ giver I instead get the option to select new PVP writs.

Hopefully this issue will be corrected in a timely manner.
