OK.

CONNECTION ISSUE.

1. I FOLLOWED tsr tREVOR INFORMATION AND SENT HIM THE TRACERT AND PING INFORMATION.

2. Yes something is blocking EQ2.

3. we know that it is not my computer, ALL of my firewalls are down. Norton. and MSN, any more than those 2 i do not know.

4. grimwell, nicely wanted me to start a ticket. on the knowledge base.

5. Tried for 2 days to do so. I get the following response to Email chat, phone chat, and the other one.

  •  6. my provider, lacking as normal for these people here, changed the wiring to the building, the modem for the building, and therouter for the building.

    7. the tech, bought a trial version of the game, and unfortunely will be online, god i hope its not mine.

    8. This issue with connection is NOT just happening with EQ2, i checked, Playonline, Oblivien, guild wars, all, are the same.

    9. I am at a loss here in Nigeria, as to fixing this problem. Any help would help, otherwise i will go bananas here.

    10. main issue atm is not being able to utilize the knowledge base accurately.

    no i cannot go past that page it wont let me. this happen on all links on that page except knowledge search.

    Has the ISP or tech that set up the new equipment been able to verify that there is no firewall, or a way to add programs to an allowed lists?  the ISP people may not have an issue on their end because they are at the company and not using the same conenction as you.
