I'm 3/4 deaf. I have to concentrate on the noise of combat to determine adds (and other pleasant/inplesant events) since third person view doesn't pull back far enough. SMILEY

Where do I go to turn off that annoying SOE Voice Chat reminder sice I'm NEVER going to use ANYONE's chat? Thanks.

Howard

There's another thread somewhere that says it'll go away after disabling in the next hotfix

You can increase the allowable camera distance under Options. I doubled it and can now view my character from space. Just kidding. But it's really far away now which I like.

Yeah, the slider in Options takes your max camera distance back a ways. But before they put that in I was using a slash command, and the slider in options doesn't give you the full range the slash command does.I'm not in the game right now to make sure, but it's something like /ics_max_camera_distance #. If you put in 100 for the # it'll give you the max distance, which seems further out than the slider in Options lets you go.
