![]() Some time ago I posted asking for a little advise to help boost my own poor poor DPS. I just wanted to post this and get some feedback please! My profile is here! http://eq2players.station.sony.com/...terId=764890104How much do you think I should average? (I like to ask such things to make sure I uphold our community reputation!) *Hug*

![]() Respec your character traits for max hit points (sturdy and stout choices) and stamina, intelligence is easy to hit soft cap (and hard cap for that matter). Next unlock your AA's so we can see your entire character setup. I hope you picked bloodcoil for your master 2 choice ^^

![]() a huge chunck of dps from any necro will come from group buffs(arias, potm, tand, frig) and lifeburn. the training wall is fine and dandy for sh.ts and gigles but it will do little for you actual raid dps, since our dps don't really need one certain *casting order* IMO, you need to improvise with each pull depending on what's up and how the encounter is playing out(a responsive player will out parse a static casting order any day of the week). make sure to ask your raid leader for a troub and competant healer, if you have those two your dps should be acceptable. if you don't have a troub/good healer then expect your dps to be low(like being out parsed by the dirge low) even if you are a well equiped talented player. ps. i din't really konw what the point of the thread question was but i assumed you are not happy with your current dps, so thats why i offerd the group advice. |

![]() Ah! Thank you for the replies so far. I created this thread for feedback, above anything else. I rely on others opinions and comments to help better better myself.I didn't post a casting order as I change it per encounter. My AA set up is like this! (I will unlock it).Summoner.Strength - 4, 4, 6, 8, 1.Wisdom - 4, 4, 4, 8.Intelligence - 7, 4, 4, 8, 1.Necromancer.Gravecalling - Enhance Tank (5), Mage (5), Summoning (5), Undead Horde (2), Lifeburn (1)Pacts - Enhance Reconstruction (5), Darkness Heart (5), Filter Life (5), Revivication (5), Gluttony (1), Blood Pact (1)Rotting - Enhance Soulrot (5), Bloodcoil (5), Pandemic (5), Devour Vigor (5), Lifeburn (1). Manipulations - Siphoning of Souls (5).(I am going to take 4 points out of Drawing of Souls and place it on Gluttony. I don't really remember why I put it on Siphoning of Souls..)I do have a raid soon, I shall post a screenshot of the zonewide parse from that to compare the difference between the Training Wall and a raid.

Didn't need a cast order to see you're using spells you don't need to. I looked at your parse and saw it. Dooming darkness is never good to use, there should never be a real break in a good order to warrant using it. And Dav, having a normal cast order does not mean a player can't change it up mid fight. So gg on that comment.

So gg on that comment.i said "IMO" so yes you dont have to agree sir, just saying attacking that wall in KJ does little if anything for personal raid dps, since it lacks a script. |
